THIS Saturday Nov. 3rd, artist Rachel Kerwin is exhibiting at Community Forklift

Hi Forklift Fans!

As you know, we have our Green Gift Fair Kickoff party this Sunday.  However, we’re starting things off on Saturday with a guest artist from 9:30am to 1:30pm, so come check it out!

Rachel Kerwin will be showing work from her recent series of paintings featuring reclaimed window frames. She uses the history of these pieces to show how we literally frame the natural world around us in our homes. Rachel grew up in Chicago and graduated with a BFA in painting from Cornell University. She has shown her work in New York, Virginia, Chicago, and the DC metro area, which she now calls home. You can find her in her space at the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria, VA and online at www.RachelKerwin.com.

    Hello,

Can you let me know when you get some good carpet tile in the store, for sale?

I am over here deployed to Afghanistan, and been looking to purchase some tile for months when I was in-country.

My wife will be there to purchase them, when I am notified,

    Thank you

    Stanley
